1. Who you're dealing with

Racezon is operated by Marcelo Eduardo de Andrade Junior Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação LTDA (CNPJ 39.835.654/0001-70). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Not affiliated with iRacing

Racezon is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. "iRacing" and all related names, logos, car and track imagery are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the races they refer to. Your relationship with iRacing is governed entirely by iRacing's own terms, not by ours.

3. Driver pages

A driver page shows competition results, and it shows them only after the driver has claimed the page and turned public sharing on. Off is the default and it is reversible: turning sharing back off stops publication everywhere. Where a driver who has not done that appears on someone else's race page, they appear without a name or a link — and even that can be removed on request, no account and no explanation needed. We do our best to reflect the data accurately, but we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. It comes from a third party and can lag or break.

4. Accounts and claiming your page

Claiming a page links your account to an iRacing customer ID. You must claim only your own page. One account per iRacing ID.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time, which releases the claim on the page.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to have a Racezon account — the same floor iRacing sets for its own members. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the site. We don't knowingly create accounts for anyone under 13, and we remove one as soon as we learn of it. A page about a minor can be taken down without an account and without an explanation, and we treat those requests as a priority — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Content you post

You can post clips, put incidents up for review, say how you read them, and commend other drivers. You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it on Racezon, for as long as you leave it up.

You agree not to post anything that:

• harasses, threatens, defames or attacks a person rather than describing an incident;
• is false, or presents something that didn't happen as if it did;
• reveals private information about anyone (real name beyond their racing identity, address, workplace, contact details);
• infringes someone else's copyright;
• is illegal, or has nothing to do with sim racing.

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. We are a small, independent project — moderation is best-effort and human, not instant. Report anything that shouldn't be here to support@racezon.gg.

6. Incident reviews are testimony, not verdicts

This one matters, so it gets its own section. An incident review on Racezon is one driver's account of an incident, and other drivers' opinions about it. It is not an investigation, not a ruling, and not a finding of fact. It carries no authority. It does not reach iRacing, does not affect your iRating or Safety Rating, and does not affect any official penalty or result.

If you want an incident acted on, iRacing is the only place that can do it. iRacing is the sole sporting authority for its own competition, and its official protest form is the only formal way to lodge one. Raising an incident here does not start that process and does not substitute for it. Racezon is where you get a read from the people who were there; if the incident deserves a ruling, take it to iRacing.

One thing we would rather tell you than have you find out: iRacing's Sporting Code holds its members to a standard of conduct on and off the track, and iRacing decides at its sole discretion what falls short of it. That is their call, not ours, and it applies to how you talk about another driver anywhere — including here. Describe the incident, not the person. Accounts that attack a driver rather than describe a move get removed under section 5, and we would rather remove a case than see anyone lose a racing account over one.

A trust score shown on a page is a summary of what other players said — a reputation signal within this community, nothing more. It is calculated automatically; how it works, and your right to have it reviewed by a person, are described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't use it to make decisions it isn't good enough for.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or hammer it with automated requests;
• try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to any part of it;
• use another person's account, or create accounts to evade a suspension;
• use the site to harass anyone.

8. The site is provided as-is

Racezon is free and provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be available, correct, or fit for any particular purpose. It depends on a third party (iRacing) that we don't control: that data can change, break, or stop entirely, and the service may change or shut down with it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including, in Brazil, your consumer rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

9. Ending things

You can stop using Racezon and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. We may change or discontinue the service; if a change materially affects account holders, we'll tell them.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top and, where it matters, notify account holders. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts of the controller's domicile — except where the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
